We\'ll discuss the difference between a whole grain and whole wheat, the many varieties of whole grains such as quinoa, millet, amaranth, spelt, and buckwheat, and simple methods to prepare them for satisfying breakfast cereals, soups, and side dishes. Come and get your \"grain\" on! MENU: Farro Risotto with Asparagus; Quinoa Salad with Roasted Vegetables; Wheat Berry Waldorf Salad; Hot Breakfast Cereal with Raisins, Grated Apple, & Maple Syrup; and Mushroom Barley Soup.
