Georgia Wine Experience Announces Wine Tours to the North Georgia Mountains
Take a ride through the beautiful rolling hills of the North Georgia wine country and Dahlonega, Georgia. Taste award winning wines and tour the vineyards and the wineries where wine is born. Learn about wine and the wine making process.
The tour includes:
transportation in a late model high top mini bus with large windows for panoramic views of the countryside
an exclusive behind the scenes tour of the wine making process
free admission to wine tasting rooms (a $40 value)
a walk through the vineyards
discounts on wine purchases
free bottled water on the bus
a personalized guided tour
a special free gift
Tours are Wednesday – Sunday every week through December, 2012*
9:45 AM Board the bus at Dunwoody MARTA Station (do not park in the MARTA lot)
10:00 AM Depart Dunwoody MARTA Station
11:15 AM Arrive at one of North Georgia’s premier wineries for wine tasting, education and relaxation (light snacks are available but not included).*
12:30 PM Depart for the second winery
12:45 PM Arrive at a second winery for wine tasting, a behind the scenes tour, education and relaxation (lunch is available but not included).*
2:30 PM Depart the second winery
4:00 PM Arrive at the Dunwoody MARTA Station
*Wineries are subject to change. Sunday tours depart the Dunwoody MARTA station at 11 AM. Please see the website at www.georgiawineexperience.com for more information and the current tour stops.
