The 3rd annual Buckhead Spring Arts & Crafts Festival will return to Chastain Park on May 5-6, 2012.
Over 175 local artists and artisans from the southeast will celebrate spring with the return of the Buckhead Spring Arts & Crafts Festival at Chastain Park on May 5-6, 2012. This is the 3rd year for this annual festival, which includes art, craft, antiques, furniture makers, gourmet food trucks, children’s area and local music along Park Drive in Chastain Park.
This event is highly anticipated by local residents and visitors to the Chastain Park area on the north side of Buckhead in Atlanta. Participating artists also enjoy this festival for its lush setting and proximity to the park and central location in Atlanta. The event draws applicants from all over the southeast, but only the best are selected to create a vibrant diversity of color and style. A portion of the proceeds will benefit a scholarship fund for local artists administered by the Georgia Foundation for Public Spaces as well as the Chastain Dog Park Campaign.
Visitors will enjoy a wide range of art and crafts, food and beverage concessions, music and children’s play area, making this event one not to miss this spring.
The Buckhead Spring Arts & Crafts festival is free to attend; dog and kid friendly, too!
